Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Social and Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB) and Family and Domestic Violence (FDV) programs. As a Wellbeing and Safety Program Manager, you will oversee the implementation of comprehensive wellbeing and safety initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement wellbeing strategies that address the needs of diverse communities.
* Manage complex case management and coordinate responses to ensure high-quality services that are culturally safe and trauma-informed.
* Supervise and support staff to enhance program delivery and contribute to clinical governance and quality improvement.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in social work, psychology, community services, or a related field.
* Minimum of two years' experience in a leadership role with direct staff supervision.
* Demonstrated expertise in wellbeing, family violence, and related areas.
* Strong knowledge of family violence frameworks and trauma-informed practice.
* Experience supporting staff through supervision, mentoring, and workforce development.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration skills.
