We are a passionate group on all things AAC, communication access, autonomy, as well as neurodiversity affirming therapeutic support.
Our growing multidisciplinary team includes Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Therapy Assistants, and peer mentors. We're committed to professional growth, wellbeing, and genuine work–life balance.
The Role
We're looking for a Speech Pathologist or Senior Speech Pathologist who is passionate about delivering high-quality, affirming services and enjoys working collaboratively within a supportive team.
Your role will include:
• Conducting speech pathology assessments and delivering ongoing, individualised therapy
• Working within a holistic and neuroaffirming framework that values client autonomy and strengths
• Offering consultation, mentoring, and training to families, professionals, and the community
• Collaborating closely with our interdisciplinary team and other professionals to support shared clients, projects, and goals
• Participating in case discussions, professional development, and team events
• Providing mentoring and supervision to colleagues (Senior SP role)
• Working in a community-based model, with flexibility to shape your caseload around your interests
Whether you're a new graduate eager to grow, or an experienced clinician ready to step into a senior or mentoring role, we'll create a position that fits your skills and goals.

About You
You'll be a great fit if you:
• Hold a recognised degree in Speech Pathology (Bachelors or Masters)
• Are eligible for SPA membership

• Are curious, reflective, and passionate about lifelong learning
• Enjoy working flexibly in community-based settings
