Key Responsibilities
 * Greet and farewell members
 * Monitor club access
 * Answer questions
 * Handle member complaints
 * Explain the Judgement Free Zone
 * Take phone calls
 * Give tours
 * Sell memberships
 * Operate the Point-of-Sale system
 * Collect past due accounts
 * Make appointments
 * Maintain the front desk
 * Complete welcome calls
 * Daily cleaning zones
 * Club walk arounds
 * Assist with housekeeping
 * Perform beginning of day and end of day procedures
 * Provide guidance to newer team members
Requirements
 * Excellent phone skills
 * Ability to follow directions
 * Work independently
 * Upbeat attitude
 * Punctuality
 * Organization
 * Previous customer service experience is advantageous
 * Certificate 3 in Fitness
 * First Aid and CPR certification
 * Working With Children check
 * National Police Check certificate
