ABOUT THE POSITION.
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of diverse projects across Canberra, ranging from $5M to $30M in value. In your role as Project Manager, you will take a key leadership position in managing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with the client's budgetary requirements.
DUTIES.
* Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams
* Develop and oversee project schedules to building specification and standards
* Deliver clear and timely project updates and reports to senior management
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
* Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline
* Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager on a range of projects
* Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong client relationships
* Familiarity with Procore is desirable but not mandatory
