This is your opportunity to join a high-performing commercial team at Medium Rare in a newly created Partnerships Sales Account Manager role for David Jones, Amplify.

David Jones Amplify is Australia's first luxury retail media network, offering a full-service media and marketing proposition designed to connect non-supplier brands with premium, purchase-ready consumers both in-store and online.

We are seeking a highly creative, strategic, and motivated professional with experience in retail or owned media networks, new business development, sales partnerships, and brand management to drive success.

As the Partnerships Sales Account Manager, you will support the National Sales and Partnerships Director and play a key role in expanding non-supplier brands within David Jones, Amplify. Your responsibilities include selling, creating, and implementing experience-led campaigns that enhance customer engagement, improve ROI, and deliver value to advertisers.

You will build strong relationships with experiential third-party providers and agency partners, focusing on evolving our experience-led solutions such as visual merchandising hotspots and storefront windows on Elizabeth and Bourke Streets. You will manage your portfolio with a commercial focus, strategic insight, and solid execution aligned with Amplify's priorities.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in driving revenue growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities within retail media.
2. Build and secure innovative media solutions that bring brands to life within David Jones, Amplify.
3. Take ownership of end-to-end campaign delivery.
4. Implement strategies to improve the sell-through of production-heavy channels.
5. Support development of preferred supplier relationships for logistics and execution of retail media campaigns.
6. Contribute to media inventory and packaging strategy reviews and optimizations.
7. Ensure efficient campaign delivery and maintain client satisfaction.


Who are you?

You are a strategic thinker passionate about retail media, with a proven track record in managing successful media campaigns. You excel in fast-paced environments, collaborate effectively with stakeholders, and manage client relationships with excellence. You are detail-oriented, organized, and customer-centric, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

* Minimum 3 years of experience in media sales, retail marketing, shopping centre, or category/partnership roles within luxury, retail, or media/experiential agencies.
* Strong understanding of media planning, inventory, and commercialization strategies.
* A creative thinker capable of developing compelling media plans that embody brand attributes.
* Excellent collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proficiency in CRM and reporting tools for pipeline management and campaign performance tracking.
* Strong communication skills, confident in presentations to diverse audiences.
