**The Department**
The SBS Creative department is part of the Marketing Division who deliver unique and innovative campaigns that connect Australian Audiences to the world of SBS.
**The Role**
Although you need to be a creative thinker, this is not a Creative role.
- Provide support for the production, design and promotions team, with a focus on coordinating media and assets required for production. This includes but is not limited to traffic management, project management and general admin.
- Track the production pipeline and manage all post production bookings in the Farmerswife software system, communicating any issues that may jeopardise deadlines. Traffic final assets to relevant platform.
- Report on asset requirements and maintain up to date subscriptions including production music to APRA, stock imagery clearances, licenses, photography clearances, talent releases.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that assets are available on time and to highest technical standards.
- Be a brand ambassador for platforms and brands regardless of medium.
- Maintain up to date finance and workflow information within department software system including creating contracts, invoicing, scheduling, cost recovery, booking travel and general office administration.
**About you**
- Working knowledge of creative production, be a natural organiser with an interest in systems and process essential for an efficient Production Department.
- Experience in a similar role in post-production or broadcast media environment.
- Experience with smartsheet and Farmerswife will be highly regarded as is a knowledge of production and media asset management systems.
- Experience with the Adobe suite of editing and design software is desirable however, an eagerness and propensity to be pro-active and learn new software is mandatory.
