This Role/Location
We are currently looking for enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendants and Supervisors who are dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences at our remarkable venues situated at Adelaide Airport. We have multiple Casual positions available, with the potential to advance to permanent roles. Successful applicants must be able to work on a 7-day rotating roster, which includes weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities – Food and Beverage Attendants
- Serve our valued guests with enthusiasm
- Provide table service and take orders
- Serve cocktails, beers and world class wines and spirits
- Make barista quality coffee (training provided)
- Follow ELRNZ policies, guidelines and procedures
- React to service barriers to ensure smooth & effective service
- Monitor and train on guest service to maintain high standards
- Manage roster and absenteeism when manager is not on shift
- Implement and monitor continuous improvement systems and processes
Key Responsibilities – Food and Beverage Supervisors

- Monitor and train on guest service to maintain high standards
- Provide training to the team on how to maximise sales through average check growth (ATV)
- Manage roster and absenteeism when manager is not on shift
- Ensure tools and procedures are used and followed to maintain consistent quality
- Implement and monitor continuous improvement systems and processes
- Maintain store cleanliness standards including daily, weekly and monthly checklists
Skills and Experience
- Understand and practice Food Safety at all times, as defined by the company Food Control Plan
- Adheres to Responsible Service of Alcohol standards
- Ensures full compliance to uniform and grooming standards every shift
- Able to train and supervise Front of House team members
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within the café/restaurant industry
- Completes all online training and reads notices published on Deputy & Employment Hero
- Previous experience as a Front of House team member or in a customer service role preferred but not essential (training provided)
- A keen focus on quality every time
