Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Specialist to drive national fleet business in the commercial space. Your key responsibility will be to identify, actively prospect and develop new sales opportunities for light commercial vehicles.
Your goal is to achieve wholesale and retail annual Fleet Sales Targets while expanding market share and building strong relationships with existing customers.
You will work closely with the Iveco dealer network to maximize dealer fleet opportunities and support fleet programs. Effective account management of all existing fleet customers and providing excellent customer service are crucial aspects of this role.
In addition, you will target strategic fleet opportunities, engage the dealer network in terms of customer experience, and execute complex tender submissions in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Achieving inclusive and transparent environment development, team performance enhancement, and seamless customer experience between LCV and Truck teams are also essential responsibilities.
