Colliers Project Leaders is seeking a dynamic and team-oriented Chartered Building Surveyor to lead and expand our national service line. Key Responsibilities
As our national Building Surveyor Lead, you’ll work closely with our Executive team to:
- Establish and grow a high-performing Building Surveying team across Current Zealand.
- Drive strategic growth through business development and operational excellence.
- Drive innovation as a core enabler of future services offerings
- Deliver expert surveying services including technical due diligence, defect analysis, compliance advice, and dilapidation reporting.
- Champion Colliers’ values, culture, and reputation through strong leadership and relationship management.
Qualifications
- MRICS (preferred) or NZIBS Qualification (3-5 years post qualification experience preferred)
- Experience in commercial construction or a related industry.
- A growth mindset and the ambition to lead and develop a national team.
- Strong understanding of property legislation, compliance, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in industry software applications and a passion for current technology
- A collaborative, enterprising mindset with a passion for delivering results.
