Assessor / Estimator – Insurance Repairs

TBuild QLD is growing and we are looking for an experienced Assessor / Estimator to join our team.
This role is focused on insurance assessments and estimating, working closely with insurers and our internal team to deliver accurate scopes and costings across a high volume of claims.
About the Role
* Attend sites to complete insurance assessments and damage reports
* Prepare detailed scopes of works and estimates
* Identify cause of damage and required rectification works
* Liaise with insurers, owners and internal team
* Upload reports and documentation via platforms such as Prime and ENData
* Assist with project handover to supervisors for delivery
* Ensure all reporting is completed accurately and within KPI's
About You
* Proven experience in insurance building/assessing/estimating (essential)
* Strong estimating and scoping ability
* High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Confident communicator
* Trade background highly beneficial
