This full-time, permanent role is based in Sydney, offering the chance to lead structural substation design efforts that enhance network resilience, efficiency, and sustainability.Why This Role?As a Design Manager, you’ll manage multidisciplinary design teams, ensuring seamless execution of structural, civil, hydraulic, and mechanical designs for substation projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving efficiency, upholding industry standards, and fostering continuous improvement in complex engineering initiatives.Define and communicate a clear strategic vision that aligns design priorities with business objectives.
