* Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and continuous development initiatives
* Maintain premium visual merchandising and operational standards
* Confidently present and sell gowns with price points ranging up to $10,000+
* Act as a brand ambassador both in-store and within the local community

You are a natural leader with emotional intelligence, drive, and commercial focus. You don't just 'style' - you sell with passion and purpose. You thrive in a structured environment, understand the value of creating a seamless, elevated customer experience from the first fitting to the final farewell.
* Proven leadership or senior sales experience in bridal or luxury intimates retail
* A results-driven mindset and comfort working with business goals and conversion targets
* Maturity, professionalism, and the ability to guide clients through emotional purchases
* Experience selling high-value items in a consultative environment
* A love for mentoring and developing others - you lift as you climb
* Proximity to the boutique - living close by is essential
