This is your chance to take on a?key leadership role?in the?SAFE START program?? a?prevention, early intervention, and treatment model?that empowers families during a critical time. As the?SAFE START Coordinator,?you?ll?be the?driving force?behind coordinating vital services across?mental health,?maternity,?child and family health, and?specialist support.?You'll?be making a tangible, lasting difference in the lives of?perinatal families?with complex needs.

What You'll Be Doing

* Lead the charge?in delivering the SAFE START model across MLHD.
* Facilitate multidisciplinary case discussions, developing pathways and promoting education.
* Drive the?integration of services?to ensure families get the?coordinated care?they deserve.
* Ensure MLHD meets its obligations under NSW Health policies, offering consultation, coordination, and support for?mental health,?drug & alcohol,?maternity, and more.
* This is a?district-wide role?with a negotiable base location, giving you the flexibility to work where it best suits you!

Remuneration: $109,247.00 - $134,500.70 per annum (+ super + 17.5% leave loading where applicable)
Classification: Clinical Nurse Consultant ? Grade 2, Social Worker ? Level 5, Occupational Therapist ? Level 5
Hours per Week: Up to 19
Location: Flexible across MLHD

* AHPRA Registration?or eligibility for peak body association

* Current NSW driver?s license?and ability to travel

* Vaccination Category A
* Current Australian working rights
