About the Role:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
* Support the Principal in leading a shared educational vision focused on quality learning outcomes for all students, and deputise in their absence.
* Model ethical, values-based leadership, embedding socially just practices and setting high expectations for staff and student performance.
* Engage in ongoing professional learning and promote a culture of continuous improvement across the school.
* Build strong partnerships with parents, community groups, government agencies, and industry to support student success and school improvement.
* Apply strategic thinking, policy understanding, and effective resource management to support the school's long-term goals and compliance.
