Senior Manager Risk, Quality and Compliance
We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead our risk management, quality assurance, and compliance functions. As a senior manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing all-hazards approaches to risk management, as well as ensuring the ongoing accreditation and effective management of our accredited quality management systems.
The successful candidate will possess relevant tertiary qualifications in law, business, finance, engineering, or equivalent applicable qualifications. In-depth experience in developing and managing contemporary risk, quality, and compliance frameworks is essential. Significant experience in governance and risk processes, including lines of defense assurance models, is also required. Working knowledge of critical infrastructure, cyber, or all-hazards approach to risk, as well as experience with government and industry standards in relation to ethics, fraud, bribery, and corruption control, is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement an all-hazards approach to risk management
* Ensure ongoing accreditation and effective management of SPA's accredited quality management systems
* Manage the coordination of the audit function reporting to the CEO and the Audit Finance and Risk Committee
Requirements:
* Relevant tertiary qualification in law, business, finance, engineering, or equivalent applicable qualification
* In-depth experience developing and managing contemporary risk, quality, and compliance frameworks
* Significant experience in governance and risk processes, including lines of defense assurance models
* Working knowledge of critical infrastructure, cyber, or all-hazards approach to risk and experience with government and industry standards in relation to ethics, fraud, bribery, and corruption control
Eligibility:
* Reside in either Perth or Bunbury
* Provide proof of Australian citizenship or permanent residency
Assessment:
* Pass a pre-employment medical assessment including drug and alcohol testing
* Provide a National Police Certificate that is within a 6-month period
