Sales Professional for Surgical Equipment and Solutions
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales Professional responsible for managing sales activities in Western Australia. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in medical device or capital equipment sales, with a proven track record of success in business-to-business sales.
Main Responsibilities
* Day-to-Day Field Sales Responsibilities: Direct and manage the day-to-day field sales activities, representing the entire assigned product portfolio within a specific designated geographic territory.
* Prioritizing Accounts: Regularly review priority accounts and develop tactical sales plans to maintain existing business and acquire new business for the company.
* CRM Management: Drive the use of the Corporate CRM, ensuring accurate and streamlined information on Gap Maps, competitive information, sales opportunities/pipelines, customer database, and customer communications.
* New Account Acquisition: Generate new accounts where the company may not have a presence through high sales activity and customer engagement.
* Customer Support: Actively cultivate and achieve maximal existing and future revenue through existing accounts by executing ongoing support, education, demonstration, consultation, and sales processes.
* Key Account Management: Manage key accounts and targeted customers.
* Customer Understanding: Maintain a thorough understanding of customer objectives, purchasing criteria, and decision-making processes relative to the market to form long-term mutually beneficial customer partnerships.
* Travel Requirements: Travel as necessary in an efficient and cost-effective manner to optimize portfolio exposure within a specific geographic territory.
Requirements
* Experience: Significant years of experience in medical device or capital equipment sales.
* Skill Set: Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills, good customer service attributes, listening and comprehension skills.
* Geographic Territory: Ability to travel a minimum of 50%.
