Procurement Officer - Labour Hire
The Procurement and Corporate Services Branch is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Officer to join their team.
About the Role
This position is accountable for providing procurement advice within an area of specialisation, with guidance from policies and legislation. The successful candidate will provide level administrative support to the Procurement team, manage confidential and sensitive information, and deliver support and advice in relation to compliance with the Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs) and Guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing procurement advice and support to the broader Agency
* Delivering support and advice in relation to compliance with the Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs) and Guidelines
* Assisting with tracking value for money based outcomes and preparing reports against KPIs
* Preparing a range of procurement related documentation
* Entering, extracting and manipulating data to enable accurate Agency reporting
About You
We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience in contract management, stakeholder management, and procurement. You must be an Australian Citizen and able to pass a National Police and Working With Children Check.
