Overview
Currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of retail assets across Sydney. This is a fantastic chance for someone with proven experience in retail Operations/Facilities management who is looking for their next exciting role.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations including cleaning, security, maintenance, and essential services
- Manage service providers and contractors, ensuring compliance with WHS, risk management, and service agreements
- Prepare and manage budgets, reports, and capex plans
- Deliver tenant and customer satisfaction by maintaining a safe, compliant, and well-presented environment
- Support leasing, fit-outs, and development projects with minimal disruption to centre operations
- Drive sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement in operational performance
About You
- Solid background in facilities or operations management, ideally in retail, commercial, or mixed-use assets
- Strong knowledge of WHS, essential services, and building management systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Experience managing budgets, compliance reporting, and risk frameworks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and facilities management software
- Trade qualification and/or White Card desirable
- Current driver’s license required
