As an Associate Data Engineer you will be enabling the business by providing data, reporting and analytics solutions, through developing and supporting Data Ingestion and transformation in the Insurance Data Platform (IDP), Azure Databricks.
Gathering and documenting user requirements and providing ad-hoc support and training for users of the IDP.
**Data Engineering Experience:** Basic experience in Data Engineering, preferably with Azure.Demonstrated experience in developing data transformation processes using ETL (Extract, Transform & Load) tools.
**Cloud and Data Warehousing Knowledge:** Basic understanding of cloud principles and modern data warehousing, with desired knowledge in Azure solutions (e.g., Azure Data Lake, Azure Blob, Azure SQL Database) and Databricks.
**Problem-Solving Skills:** Advanced problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
