Our Global Software Client Is Hiring: Manager, Strategy & Business Operations (IT Solutions Market)
Location: Adaptable / Remote-friendly
What You’ll Do
- Support business leaders by applying structured problem-solving to complex challenges
- Drive long-term strategy and lead strategic projects from ideation to execution
- Identify and size opportunities using financial modelling and develop actionable recommendations
- Stay close to the pulse of the business, inspire change, and collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, finance, product, marketing, and sales teams
What You Bring
- 5–7 years of experience in strategy, business operations, or a related field
- Open to graduates from any discipline with strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis using Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to structure problems and develop compelling narratives and recommendations
- Strong business acumen, especially around profitability and growth in a technology or SaaS context
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence in presenting to and working with senior leaders
- A self-starter mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and driving work independently
- Intellectual curiosity and genuine interest in technology
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in B2B SaaS business models
- Knowledge of developer, project management, or productivity tools markets
