About The Role
* Deliver elite-level turf presentation
* Plan and execute annual turf programs, renovations and race day readiness gardens and enjoys the great outdoors
* Manage irrigation, nutrition, pest and disease programs (knapsack/chemical spraying)
* Top-dress lawns
* Mowing
* Plan and execute Flemington\'s rose and general pruning program
About You
* Formal qualification in Sports Turf Management (or equivalent)
* Technical knowledge of turf management, irrigation systems and surface performance
* Proven experience managing elite sports turf surfaces (desired)
* General knowledge of garden maintenance procedures
* Must be fit and able to operate the following plant and equipment: Whipper snipper, push mower, ride-on mower, lawn edger, leaf blower, hand tools and knapsack (with 15L of liquid)
* Current driver's licence
* Good verbal communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
* A strong safety, compliance and quality mindset
