Assistant Customer Service Manager - Online Warehouse (in office) at Nine West. Based in Footscray warehouse, you will be pivotal in supporting our Online Team. Nine West is dedicated to cultivating the growth of our people, stores, brand, and image to maintain our position as a leader in footwear and accessory retailing.

Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate the customer service team to ensure smooth and effective operations.
* Manage the back-end functions of our customer service website.
* Assist and oversee the In-Store Fulfillment feature.
* Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts to resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
* Prepare customer orders with meticulous detail and accuracy.
* Perform general administrative tasks to support the Online store\'s smooth operation.
* Implement stock control measures and process online returns.
What We're Looking For
* Prior experience in a similar role, showcasing an understanding of online customer service.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
* Robust organisational and administrative abilities to handle a variety of tasks.
* Experience with Zendesk is a plus.
