About the role:
As a department leader, you will be responsible for spearheading initiatives to support educational outcomes in the junior phase of learning.
* Track attendance data and support the Dean in issuing consequences for truancy
* Lead the Academic Action Plan intervention group
* Develop and implement strategies to improve student behaviour

* Organising Orientation Day, primary school engagement and transition events
* Patrolling student behaviour data and ensuring alignment with school expectations
