Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Manager to oversee our front-of-house operations and lead a high-performing team. As the right-hand person to the General Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational efficiency.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing daily support to Venue Duty Managers, overseeing multiple revenue departments, and contributing to a guest-focused operation. You will also manage Occupational Health & Safety procedures and standards while ensuring compliance with safety and operational policies across the venue.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A proven track record of leadership experience in hospitality management;
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate staff at all levels;
* The ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention-to-detail;
* RSA qualification; Clean Police record; Manual driver's license.
