What you’ll be doing:
* Owning and delivering the end-to-end marketing and ecommerce strategy
* Building and elevating brand positioning, campaigns and storytelling across all channels
* Driving B2C growth through website optimisation, content, conversion and performance
* Supporting major wholesale and retail partners with strong brand and marketing execution
* Working with influencers, creators and partner brands to develop collaborations and product ranges
* Establishing reporting, insights and performance metrics
* Building and leading a marketing team as the business continues to scale
What you’ll bring:
* Proven experience in a senior marketing or brand role within a consumer business
* Strong experience across brand marketing and ecommerce
* Exposure to wholesale, retail or B2B environments (highly regarded but not essential)
* A balance of creativity, strategic thinking and commercial acumen
* The ability to operate autonomously and lead without an existing team
* A growth mindset and genuine drive to build something meaningful
