Job Role Overview
The Marketing Business Partner plays a pivotal role in driving the marketing and brand strategy through the development and execution of targeted marketing initiatives, focusing on B2B and Visitor Economy sectors.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage cross-functional marketing strategies, allocate resources and track performance metrics.
* Act as a primary liaison for stakeholders to provide expert advice and coordination.
* Represent the organisation on joint marketing initiatives with external partners, ensuring activities align with best practice standards.
* Lead and support campaigns and creative projects in line with organisational objectives and goals.
* Contribute to continuous improvement by embedding customer-centric thinking, developing clear briefs, monitoring progress, and seeking opportunities to collaborate across departments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Substantial experience in managing and developing customer-centric marketing strategies and initiatives across B2B and B2C channels to deliver organisational outcomes.
* Experience collaborating with and influencing stakeholders to deliver solutions in a complex environment.
* Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in digital technologies and up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing best practices.
* Understanding of effective marketing processes and ability to evaluate and advise on outcomes of marketing activities.
* Proven ability to partner with diverse stakeholders to deliver strategic and organisational outcomes.
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise, set deadlines, solve problems, and make effective recommendations and decisions.
