The Role:We are seeking a Cost Planner / Estimator/ Quantity Surveyor with proven experience in mid-rise developments.
In this role, you will have direct impact on early-stage planning and ongoing cost management, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on budget, and with high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed early-stage cost plans and budgets for mid-rise developments, often with limited documentation.
Provide cost advice and forecasting to guide project and business decisions.
Work closely with project teams, architects, and consultants to ensure cost-effective outcomes.
Utilise CostX to its full potential for measurement, cost planning, and reporting.
Maintain thorough documentation to support project financials and provide clarity for stakeholders.
Monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle and produce accurate, timely reports for internal teams.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in mid-rise residential developments (5-10 storeys) - a must.
Strong capability in early-stage cost planning and feasibility studies.
Proficiency in CostX (or similar software) and MS Office.
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders.
A proactive, solution-oriented approach to managing cost and risk.
