Due to continued growth, Global Fire is seeking a motivated and experienced Fire Service Coordinator to join our Kingsgrove office on a permanent basis.

Specific duties include:
Scheduling technicians
Report writing and documentation preparation
Creating Purchase Orders & Invoicing
Assisting with organisation of inspection and service bookings
Assisting in the day to day operation of the office
Ad hoc duties as required
Qualifications
Experience in Fire Service Industry
Use MS Word and Outlook
High level oral and written communication skills
Organisational skills
Proactive and professional approach to work
Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
Responsible and flexible attitude
