What's involved – The HR Systems & Assurance Advisor is responsible for payroll assurance, establishment management, and rostering system support, enabling CWHHS to maintain accurate, compliant, and efficient workforce systems. This role provides technical expertise and training to maintain workforce data integrity, supports system rollouts (such as IWFM), and ensures processes comply with legislation, directives, and organisational policy.
