Your new role
As a HVAC Technician, you will play a vital role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. You will work closely with a team of skilled professionals to deliver high-quality services to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
* Performing preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal functionality and energy efficiency.
* Diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment issues and providing effective repair solutions.
* Installing, inspecting, and repairing various HVAC components, including compressors, motors, fans, and ductwork.
* Collaborating with team members and clients to develop and implement customised HVAC solutions.
* Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards while working on HVAC systems.
* Documenting service activities, including maintenance reports, work orders, and equipment records.
What you'll need to succeed
* Relevant trade qualification (e.g, Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent).
* Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and components.
* Sound knowledge of HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair techniques.
* Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment and systems.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
* Valid driver's licence and a clean driving record.
