This role isn't about being stuck behind a desk—it's hands-on, diverse, and growth-focused. You'll gain exposure to the full scope of property management, learning the ropes across compliance, leasing, maintenance, client care, and everything in between.
What you'll be doing day-to-day:
- Being the friendly face of the office, welcoming clients and providing front-of-house support
- Scheduling and assisting with open homes, capturing feedback, and following up enquiries
- Managing social media content and keeping property listings up to date
- Supporting routine inspections and liaising with tenants and landlords
- Coordinating maintenance requests and contractor bookings
- Assisting the offshore admin team with tenancy applications and lease documentation
- Handling emails, phone calls, and general tenant enquiries
- Providing ad hoc support to ensure the property management team runs smoothly
What we're looking for:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Confident communicator with a friendly, professional manner
- Eagerness to learn and grow within property management
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Reliability and flexibility (including availability on a shared Saturday roster)
- Previous property/real estate experience is highly regarded
