Job Title: Accounts and Administration Officer
Role Overview: We are seeking a part-time Accounts & Admin Officer to support the Commercial Manager in managing day-to-day accounting processes and administrative activities.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Reviewing supplier invoices for accuracy and ensuring the values and terms are aligned with the PO or the contract rates
* Processing supplier invoices timely and accurately
* Processing weekly payment batch to suppliers and issuing remittance
* Assisting in Customer Credit Application and Vendor set-up process
* Processing incoming payment (EFT & credit card) and ensuring accurate allocation to accounts
* Issuing monthly account statements for standard receivables
* Managing overdue accounts and payment collection
* Managing account enquiries from suppliers and customers
* Collaborating with other teams in the business to resolve discrepancies
* Performing other administrative duties as required
* Assisting in preparing BAS and other tax activities
