Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Day to day management of a portfolio of commercial propertiesDevelop and maintain networks with landlords, tenants and contractorsConduct lease reviewsImplement work orders and site inspectionsMaintain a high level of legislative obligations with respect to property managementMaintain accurate records of property management and maintenancePrepare all necessary paperwork including leases, deeds, contracts of sales/leaseWhat are we looking for?
/ QualificationsCurrent Class C Driver LicenceHighly developed business relationship development and maintenance skillsAbility to deal effectively with a diverse range of stakeholdersProficient in use of software systems including MS Office, web based products and information management systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWell-presented and organised with the ability to prioritise multiple projectsLocations and ConditionsLocations: 2640Contracted Hours: 8.30am - 5pmSalary Range: 80 - 85k plus super + 8k car and phone allowanceCommencement Date: ASAPREI NSW Certificate of RegistrationPrior experience in Property Management or a related positionThis position is ideally suited to a candidate with either a banking, legal, accounting or building background, that has a real interest in Commercial property.An attractive remuneration package including a car and phone is on offer for the successful candidate.What next?
