The Opportunity
Join a highly reputable listed business and take ownership of end-to-end financial management for a major property asset portfolio (c$1bn value). Partnering closely with the SLT and ELT, you'll lift performance across asset management, capital projects and reporting, while developing a small, capable team and building your leadership profile.
The Role
* Own the annual budget for the property asset portfolio including overheads & headcount.
* Lead month-end, forecasts, variance analysis and property balance sheet reconciliations.
* Prepare Board / CFO packs.
* Manage the relationship with the external property manager to ensure deliverables land on time.
* Coach, develop and performance-manage a small team.
* Drive continuous improvement across reporting, processes and systems.
About You
* CA/CPA qualified with Finance Manager experience in property/asset management from a large, complex multi-site environment.
* Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder influence; proven ability to partner cross-functionally (Property, Development, Projects, Operations and corporate).
* Comfortable improving processes, controls and reporting in fast-paced, growth settings.
* People leader who lifts standards and builds capability.
