Rocky Bay is looking to appoint a skilled and enthusiastic Clinical Operations Manager to lead, develop and support a multi-disciplinary team of Allied Health professionals as well as complete clinical work.
Duties
Lead a geographically based, interdisciplinary allied health team to deliver support to children, adults and their families towards achieving greater independence and participation
Supporting children and/or adults living with disability and their families according to best practice standards
Driving the operational performance of your team
Build relationships in the Community
Adjusted billable targets (customer facing 3 day per week, management 2 days)
What you'll need to have:
An Allied Health Tertiary Degree in either Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Speech Pathology
Full Registration with AHPRA or membership with SPA
Experience in leading and managing team performance (Desirable)
Experience working with people living with disabilities in a community setting (Desirable)
