This is a permanent full-time position based in Welshpool, WA. Hours are worked across a rotating roster between 7:00am – 5:00pm (38-hour week). Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service across counter, phone, and email Process sales orders and respond to customer enquiries Support internal sales operations and administrative tasks Liaise with suppliers and assist with order coordination Assist with stock handling and participate in stock takes Build strong relationships with customers across industrial, mining, and domestic sectors Working within a structured team environment with clear processes and support About you: A strong attitude and willingness to learn – this is the key priority A team-first mindset – cultural fit is critical Self-motivation and the ability to take initiative without constant direction A genuine interest in building a long-term career (with progression over time, not immediately) Comfort working in a hands-on environment (counter, warehouse and office) Confidence communicating with customers face-to-face, over the phone and via email Industry experience is not required – training and support will be provided A current driver’s licence and full working rights are required Your new company: MM Electrical Merchandising (MMEM) is one of Australia’s largest trade wholesale groups, with branches nationwide and a strong promote from within culture.
