Thirteen Commercial Cleaning (13CC) is an established, family-owned company specialising in end-of-construction cleaning across Adelaide's biggest commercial projects. We're seeking reliable and motivated Commercial Cleaners to join our team and work under the guidance of a Team Leader on high-profile builder's cleans.
What you'll do
* Carry out detailed cleaning on new-build construction sites, including dust removal, floor care, windows, fixtures and fittings
* Follow instructions from your Team Leader to complete tasks to company and client standards
* Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, scrubbers and pressure washers (training provided)
* Work safely and efficiently while maintaining site cleanliness and presentation
* Assist in final cleans to prepare projects for client handover
About you
* Previous experience in construction/builder's cleans (advantageous but not essential)
* Reliable, motivated and able to work well in a team
* High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
* Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions and get the job done
Must-haves
* Australian working rights
* Current White Card
* Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
* Reliable transport & PPE (steel-cap boots, hi-vis etc.)
