Role Overview This 12‐month fixed term contract plays a key role in delivering administrative and operational support across the FPH Group. Reporting to the Group Manager Administration, it contributes to operational efficiency and the ongoing improvement of systems, processes and service standards.
Responsibility
* Support the delivery of the controlled documents project by maintaining and enhancing document control systems and practices, ensuring all controlled documents are accurate, up to date, properly approved and compliant with organisational requirements.
* Deliver high‐quality administrative support across the FPH Group, including the Group Leadership Team, the Senior Leadership Team and broader business as required.
* Provide relief support to the Group Manager Administration, coordinating and quality‐assuring Board and Management documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance and timely submission.
* Oversee data integrity across key business systems and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
* Support improvement initiatives and projects as directed, proactively identifying opportunities to streamline administrative processes and contribute to the development and documentation of policies, procedures and work instructions.
Qualifications & Experience
* Current driver's licence.
* Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or an equivalent level of skills and knowledge gained through experience.
* Demonstrated experience in an administrative role within a large and complex organisation.
* Demonstrated document control experience, ensuring controlled documents are accurately maintained, version‐controlled and consistently managed within document management systems.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including complex document formatting and presentation preparation.
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage competing demands.
* Eligibility to hold an MSIC (Maritime Security Identification Card) or the ability to obtain one with company assistance.
