The Role
As Sales Consultant, you'll be instrumental in the successful delivery of a newly launching masterplanned community in Geelong. From initial release through to project completion, you'll be at the forefront of selling a thoughtfully designed development comprising residential land lots, green spaces and future amenities tailored to modern family living.
Managing the full sales journey, you'll engage with buyers from first enquiry to contract exchange, build trusted relationships with local builders, and act as a passionate ambassador for the project and brand.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and convert a high volume of inbound enquiries, including walk-ins and digital leads
* Develop strong relationships with purchasers, local builders and key community stakeholders
* Maintain accurate reporting and lead management through CRM systems (Dynamics 365 or similar)
* Conduct compelling site tours, buyer presentations and one-on-one appointments
* Deliver a premium customer experience aligned with brand values at every touchpoint
* Work closely with marketing and development teams to maximise sales outcomes
* Represent the project at local activations, launches and community events
About You
* Proven experience in land sales preferred
* Background in residential property development, real estate sales, construction sales or similar experience considered
* Confident communicator with the ability to build trust across diverse buyer profiles
* Strong knowledge of the Geelong market and local buyer drivers
* Comfortable managing high enquiry volumes and CRM-based reporting
* Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle essential
* Highly organised, self-motivated and target-driven
* Available to work Saturday to Wednesday (weekend availability is essential)
