Key responsibilities include driving service restoration outcomes, contributing to business improvement plans, supporting automation initiatives, and assisting with service level reporting analysis.
Essential skills and qualifications include experience with Cisco/Juniper systems, ability to analyze operational performance, stakeholder management, and technical expertise in IP Networks and scripting/code development.
