Responsibilities:
1. Carry out maintenance tasks in accordance with systems and processes to achieve operational performance targets and KPIs.
2. Perform preventative maintenance to ensure plant and equipment reliability, supporting operators in completing maintenance.
3. Respond to reactive maintenance requests promptly to ensure operational continuity.
4. Operate equipment such as scrap handlers and forklifts competently.
5. Identify and report machinery issues.
6. Assist in protecting products from loss or damage.
Requirements:
- Certificate 3 in heavy fabrication.
- Skills in light to heavy fabrication.
- Ability to interpret and read engineering drawings.
- Welding skills including MMA, GMAW, FCAW, air arc gouging, and oxy cutting/gouging.
- Relevant Trade Certificate.
- High safety focus, valid driver's license, and ability to pass drug and alcohol testing.
