* Provide administrative support to senior management, including reports, presentations, and internal communications
* Coordinate and minute key committee meetings (e.g. Finance, WHS, Security), and follow up on actions
* Draft and maintain operational documentation
* Oversee systems implementation and assist with change management across departments
* Manage site safety and security processes
* Coordinate logistics for programs, events, and general administrative tasks
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in business administration or operations
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management
* Tech-literate with MS Office experience
