- Hold a Cert III - Mechanical Trade (Boilermaking)
- Ability to weld and fabricate structural components to AS 1554.1 - AS 1554.5
- Ability to perform basic mechanical tasks
- Proficient in structural steel
- Ability to perform site work
- White card (or ability to obtain)
- Current Driver's License
- The ability to problem solve with strong diagnostic skills
- Excellent time management
- Positive attitude and approach to challenges
- CPR/LVR and/or First Aid Certificate
- EWP License
- Working at Heights Certificate
- Industrial or Overhead Crane experience
