Your next career opportunity: You will support strategic estate and space planning that shapes how the University uses its campuses. You will apply design and data skills to develop solutions, documentation and presentations for senior stakeholders. What you will deliver: Undertake complex space planning using spatial and data systems, developing recommendations that support strategic estate and workspace decisions. Prepare clear design reports, specifications, briefs and graphic presentations that communicate options to senior leaders and partners. Engage with faculties, business units and consultants, providing professional guidance to align project outcomes with estate priorities. Coordinate documentation, working groups, minutes and communications for estate planning and master plan projects and initiatives. Support procurement, purchase orders, payments and record-keeping, ensuring compliance with financial, contractual and filing requirements. You may be a great fit if you: Hold a postgraduate qualification in architecture, interior design or a closely related spatial planning discipline. Bring experience in project or design management on complex initiatives with significant operational or organisational impact. Demonstrate strong research, analytical and writing skills, producing clear reports, briefs, minutes and presentation materials. Interpret and work with design drawings, CAD files and planning frameworks, managing ambiguity in evolving project contexts. Collaborate confidently with diverse stakeholders, building productive relationships across faculties, business units and external consultants. Manage competing tasks, priorities and deadlines, using strong organisational skills and advanced Microsoft Office capabilities. Your new team: You will join the Estate Planning and Performance team, part of Corporate Development, which shapes how the University’s estate evolves. The team leads strategic space and workspace planning, design standards and master plan initiatives across all campuses.
