About the Role
As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of a busy Highpoint store, driving performance, culture, and results.

* Highpoint Shopping Centre location
* Team size: 7-12 staff
* High-volume, KPI-focused environment
* Clear expectation to be a top-performing store in the network
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team
* Drive sales, conversion, ATV, UPT, and overall store KPIs
* Manage rosters, wages, and day-to-day operations
* Build a strong performance culture with clear accountability
* Maintain high visual, service, and operational standards
* Lead from the floor during peak trade periods
About You
* Proven experience as a Store Manager in a high-volume or big-box retail environment
* Confident managing larger teams and fast-paced trade
* KPI-driven, resilient, and commercially minded
* Strong leadership presence with a hands-on management style
* Passion for retail and delivering results
(Product or technical background is not essential - strong retail leadership is.)
