We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Services Assistant to join our team and support essential daily operations in our health unit.
About the Role: As a Services Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality of our health facility.
Reporting to the Hotel Services Manager, you will be responsible for catering, cleaning, and potentially laundry services—helping to create a safe and pleasant environment for clients, residents, and staff.
Your role is key in delivering timely and effective service, contributing to the overall well-being and experience of everyone in our care.
As a Services Assistant, you will: Assist in the preparation, delivery, and service of meals to clients.
Carry out general housekeeping tasks, including cleaning of common areas, resident rooms, and service spaces.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with health and safety standards.
Support laundry services, including collection, washing, drying, and distribution of linen and personal items (as required).
Work collaboratively with other staff to uphold the facility's high standards of care and comfort.
