Job Overview
This role is focused on developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to grow sales volumes and expand the territory.
Main Responsibilities
* Bid closely with customers to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
* Foster and enhance connections with influential decision-makers.
* Present tailored solutions on-site or in the field.
* Maintain a database of customer interactions for assigned accounts.
* Analyze customer activities quarterly with the Team Leader or Sales Manager and strategize methods to maximize sales growth or expand the territory.
Key Qualifications
* At least 3-5 years of outside sales experience required.
* A proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer bases.
* A degree in business or related field preferred.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Strong organizational and communication skills; comfortable presenting to all levels within an organization.
* A valid driver's license with an impeccable driving record.
