About the Position
This role involves leading the Mobile Support and Treatment Service as a team leader. You will lead the delivery of intensive clinical mental health rehabilitation, treatment, and support across a 7 day a week roster.
About the Team Leader Role
* You will work collaboratively with senior clinicians to ensure delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality clinical services.
About You
1. You should have at least 5 years' experience as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse / Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or Social Work.
2. Registration with the relevant Board via AHPRA or eligibility for membership with AASW is required.
3. Advanced clinical skills and experience in community mental health are essential.
4. Demonstrated experience in leadership in a senior role is necessary.
5. Australian working rights and a willingness to undergo a Background Check are also required.
