Job Description
This role involves providing high-level support and working in the development and implementation of effective respiratory services to reduce emergency department presentations and hospital admissions for clients with respiratory conditions, as well as facilitating timely transfers of respiratory patients from metropolitan health services to their communities or residences.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, and hold or be eligible to hold a current practicing certificate
* At least 3 years full time equivalent post-registration experience
* Demonstrated competence in nursing practice in accordance with appropriate standards
* Effective communication skills, including problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills
* Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and prioritize workloads
