**About the Role**
As an HR Business Partner, you will support managers by offering HR guidance, reporting and resolving complex IR and ER matters, and supporting change initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to navigate various HR systems
- Execute HR policies and plans across the business
- Partner with business leaders to provide support and guidance across various HR matters
- Support change initiatives
- Analyse and recognise issues/conflicts related to Employee Relations and recommend solutions and guidance
- Support Employee Development and Learning
- Recognise issues and trends in HR and communicate with the HR team for improvements and growth
**About you**
- Experience in a Generalist HR role as an Advisor or HRBP min 2 years
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to navigate various HR systems
- Experience in a Generalist role as an Advisor or HR BP or People and Culture partner min 4 years
- Hold relevant qualifications in Human Resources/ Business or related discipline
- Industries employing a complement of white and blue collar workforce, including warehousing, transport, import/export, manufacturing or construction industries or similar
